Delete your Loa account
Delete some data and keep your account
You can remove planning data without deleting your account:
- Open Loa and sign in.
- Go to You → Planning conversations.
- Open a conversation and choose Delete, or delete all conversations from that list.
That removes the conversation, uploaded reference photos, and generated plan artifacts for those sessions. Your account, shop orders, and purchase records stay. To request deletion of other data while keeping the account, email development@jag-software.com from the address on the account.
In the app (delete entire account)
- Open Loa and sign in.
- Go to You → Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and its content are deleted right away; your sign-in is removed within a few minutes.
By email
If you can no longer access the app, email development@jag-software.com from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my Loa account". We process email requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account data (name, email, credentials).
- Your planning conversations and uploaded reference photos (content is deleted or irreversibly redacted).
- Encrypted plan documents associated with your account.
- Your shopping cart, notifications and activity history.
What we may retain
Purchase records required for tax and accounting obligations are retained for the legally required period, dissociated from your deleted profile where possible.
